  1. Agreement to Terms:

    1. Vulpine Outdoor uses GPS, GPRS, and M2M SIM card technologies, alongside software and development expertise, to offer precise location tracking accessible through a live view web portal.
    1. Users of Vulpine Outdoor’ hardware or online platforms acknowledge that the company is not liable for third-party system failures that may impact the primary system, including the GPS positioning system and mobile network. Vulpine Outdoor shall not be held responsible for such failures.
    1. Components of Vulpine Outdoor’ hardware or online platforms should not be regarded as standalone safety systems but rather as integral parts of a comprehensive safety framework, as directed by relevant risk assessments and personal discretion.
    1. Trackers rely on mobile signals for live tracking, meaning active signals are necessary for effective tracking. The accuracy of location information depends on various factors beyond Vulpine Outdoor’ control, including network coverage, satellite signals, and environmental conditions. Users agree that Vulpine Outdoor is not responsible for any loss resulting from tracking unit malfunctions or delays.
    1. Service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance or faults. Vulpine Outdoor will endeavour to address faults promptly but cannot be held liable for any resulting loss or damage. The use of trackers and online platforms does not replace proper care and supervision. Users are responsible for insurance coverage and suitability assessment.
    1. Customers will be advised on the appropriateness of the service supplied, but the customer is ultimately responsible for determining if the product is suitable.
    1. Unauthorized tracking of individuals may violate data protection laws, and Vulpine Outdoor assumes no liability in such cases.
    1. Vulpine Outdoor reserves the right to provide equipment with cosmetic differences from those depicted on the website, provided they offer the same functionality.
    1. Vulpine Outdoor will supply detailed instruction on the use of the trackers, including receiving and returning, and the customer is agreeing to follow these instructions. Failure to follow the instructions will result in the customer being made liable for loss or damage to Vulpine Outdoor’s equipment.
    1. Further services may be offered or sought including, but not limited to, technical support in person or remote, DofE assessing, and volunteering. These terms and conditions are exclusive of any other service offered.
  3. Privacy Policy:
    1. Vulpine Outdoor may collect statistical data about users’ browsing actions but does not identify individuals.
    1. By accepting these Website Terms, you consent to Vulpine Outdoor’ collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with the privacy policy and cookie policy. Vulpine Outdoor collects information about customers and authorized users, storing and processing it in accordance with its privacy policy.
  4. Third-Party Content:
    1. Vulpine Outdoor may provide links to third-party sites containing unrelated content. By accessing such external links, users acknowledge leaving the Vulpine Outdoor application and agree that Vulpine Outdoor is not liable for any resulting damage or loss.
